HOW IT WORKS
1. First we send you pre-printed forms in order to get an idea of your exact personal situation.
2. Next we ask you to send us some documentation, depending on your lender, this documentation will differ from client to client. This will allow us to show that you need some sort of action from your lender to help you stay in your home.
3. Then we work with an Attorney to try to find legal regulatory violations that your lender committed when they printed your original loan documents. This gives us leverage against your lender and in most cases will put their backs against the wall so that they will need to negotiate with our Attorney on your rate, payments, etc.
4. After that we see if you fit our program guidelines in order to “Erase Your Second Mortgage!” If so then we work with an Attorney to get started on that right away!
5. Then we look into lowering your property taxes with your individual County and State.
6. Finally we check to see if enrolling you in our credit assistance program will be a benefit to you.
7. As a bonus we will send you a coupon good for a discount on a future Real Estate or Mortgage Transaction when you come back to one of our staff for the service!
